Good location
Very nice location (5 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia and other main attractions), very friendly staff, specially the young guy who serves the breakfast! The restaurant is nice too and offers a good discount if you are staying at the hotel. The only thing that made me give 4 stars is that we asked if there is any place to store 2 small hand carry luggages for a week. A staff told us there is a place nearby that collects the luggages and brings back to the hotel for a daily fee of 10 euros, and there is no safe place at the hotel itself, as they would leave in the reception anyway. We accepted the offer and paid in advance. However I have a smart tag that showed me the luggages never left the hotel for a week, and by the time we came back to collect them, they were sitting at the reception. If they just could be sincere and tell us upfront the charge and that they would stay at the reception, it was fine. But not like this. Such a pity.
