Terrible Murphy bed with terrible mattress. Bed was so bad my wife had to sleep on sofa which was not much better. Blankets were old and scratchy.
TV cabinet was caked with dust both inside and on top - disgusting !
Noise from room above was loud and made sleeping difficult.
No light blocking curtains just shades so outdoor lights also made room bright also making sleep difficult.
We both only slept for 3 to 4 hours both nights we were there.
The room for most part was clean but needs major updating .
I wish I could recommend but can't.
