We recently stayed at Nesuto Apartment Hotel Pennant Hills for 7 nights. While the apartment itself was spacious and the rooms were a good size for our stay, there were several issues that impacted our experience.
Unfortunately, our room was not serviced at all during the week. Towels were never changed, and we had to call and request clean ones while the used towels remained on the bathroom floor for the entire stay. This was disappointing and not what we expected from a hotel stay.
The windows were locked, which meant we had no access to fresh air or ventilation. Additionally, the dishwasher was dirty upon arrival. The buttons were visibly filthy and could have used a proper disinfectant clean to remove the built-up grime.
On a positive note, although reception calls are directed through a call centre, the response to our requests was prompt once we made contact.
Overall, the apartment was comfortable in terms of space, but improvements in housekeeping and cleanliness would significantly enhance the guest experience.
