First of all, the lobby has access problems ( this is my second time staying there), like the doors not working properly, property management is only a 1 person show, after check in I went to check the room conditions and gave a feedback to the Front Desk lady, it was ok. But later in the night when I came back the room keys didn’t work and since they don’t have a Front Desk person neither the Emergency phone it’s answered by a person, is a text based system 😡, to finish, even the help offered, apparently live at the property take too long to come and open the room using the Master Key but didn’t get my key fixed, so I was unable to get out of my room without being locked up again. Next day the same person, knocked on my door to reminds me my checking out time, still gave 20 minutes available, then I asked him how can I call Front Desk to check if I can stay for 1 more hour to rest a little bit longer before I go back home, he said no it will be a $25 dollars fee, and reminded him about previous hours ago what happened and his response was I m the Front Desk, Manager on Duty and Housekeeping and you need to leave or pay.
