This was a good hotel, but there were a few issues that made it pretty stressful.  Thankfully, the staff did their best to fix those issues.  The staff was wonderful, this isn't an issue with them.  Annie was a great bartender too!  There are just a few issues that could be a big problem for some people between noise, parking, and incidental up front costs.
- First issue was the noise.  If you aren't a heavy sleeper and you have a room near the inner building alleyway, good luck.  There is an EDM club that plays extremely loud music until 3am.  I had to sleep with headphones.  The staff tried to accommodate, but there were no rooms available to switch.
- The parking situation is bad.  You have to hope for a metered street spot in front of the hotel, pay $49 a night for valet, or use a parking garage down the block.  If you are handicapped or have trouble walking longer distance, I highly suggest somewhere else or be willing to pay the valet.
- Originally, when I booked my hotel, the deposit was supposed to be $192 according to hotels.com .  The hotel charged me $222 upon me booking.  Total booking was supposed to be $694, but by the time I was in the hotel I had been charged over $1000.  After multiple phone calls with hotels.com and the Mining Exchange, I finally had someone explain they charge $125 per night incidental up front, then the charge falls off later.  I am not sure why over the month leading up to it, no one could explain that.
