We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The first room we wound up being locked out of the room for almost 2 hours until we were given a new room. The second room we had would not lock and we had to leave the door unlocked when I had appointments at Mayo Clinic. While the manager did deduct one night from our stay, he also got very defensive when I complained and found this unprofessional. I will be contacting corporate IHG because the whole situation was handled very poorly.
