Staff demeanor was flat, not exactly hospitality minded maybe just shy
I enjoyed staying at this riad! It was a great location just a short (2min) walk to the Médina. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast every morning was excellent! The staff was very accommodating and friendly
Nice traditional house However, needs further enhancement for international touristic comfort
Great location, room was what we expected. Breakfast was good! The woman that checked us in was great. Our only downside was that the front desk person in the evening telling us our choice for dinner was not that good. He recommended a different one and had someone take us there. There were 4 of us, and we left and did not eat there. I feel that it overpriced (220 durams for couscous/vegetarian)and no one was eating there). We had a better meal at another establishment.
We had a great stay! Unfortunately we were only able to stay for 1 night but we loved everything about this place. Dinner was great (reservations made ahead of time), the room was spacious and clean, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again if in the area!
This was our favorite riad while staying in Morocco. The room was very very good and Mohamad was really great at making us feel at home.
The Riad itself was delightful and beautiful. After a few weeks of travel, I really liked that it was removed from the main Médina a bit (I needed the quiet). Service was questionable, though. I was woken up a few times by management just to see if I was in the room and even though they asked me for a specific breakfast time, they were not ready. When I was ready to check out, there was no one at the desk to help me. Had to wait a while.
It is a great riad with excellent service provided by their staff, especially Hagar and Mohammad, who recommended great places in Fes to visit and dine. The room is spacious and comfortable for both me and my wife and the interior is wonderful!
This Riad is old and traditional and the staff were very friendly. But the after walking around our room with white socks on, it became clear that the tile floor in the room needed a good clean. Unfortunately there was no breakfast for us at 8am, even though the hotel info said reception would be manned 8am to 8pm. Also both myself and my husband gouged our arms on either an exposed wire or nail sticking out of the rope hand rails in the stairwell to the terrace.
While the riad itself is fine - good staff, good breakfast, etc, it is simply just not worth the money. You can find much cheaper places in the medina for almost the same quality or above. One thing to note it that you may not want to show up too late - we had to let other guests in late at night (22h) since there was nobody at the desk and the guests were banging on the door for quite some time.
