The room was a regular hotel room, so no issues there. My only issue was the customer service. I paid for a Wednesday check-in and we were checking out on Friday. I spoke to the hotel staff 4 times before our stay so that they could make a note on my file that I was actually arriving on Thursday morning. I paid for Wednesday so I could check-in before the actual check in time of 3 o'clock on Thursday (Thanksgiving). I'm not sure why this was so difficult for them to understand. I do this on most of the trips I take with no issue. I was listed as a no show and the staff tried to speak to me as if I was an idiot and told me that I could not get a refund for Wednesday even though I never asked for one. They need to do better.
