Check in was a nightmare. We arrived at 2:45. Front desk told us to sit and wait because check in isn’t until 3. That was fine. But at 3 the room still wasn’t ready & wouldn’t be ready until 5:30! We were going to an event so this didn’t work for us. They gave us a room to rest in ( after or 6hr drive) while we waited for our room to be ready. We offered to stay in this room even though it was a cheaper room but they wouldn’t let us. They also expected us to leave our belongings so staff could move it or we could move it after our event (11pm). We refused. So we waited in the first room until 5:30 when our room was finally cleaned, moved our belongings and had to rush to get ready for our event. It was very chaotic and unorganized. Checking out was a slow process. Their computer system is so slow the lobby was full of people waiting to check out. We couldn’t even get free breakfast for our inconveniences . Terrible service. We spoke to the manager but all he offered was extra points & 10% discount ( a whole $36) . What a joke. We definitely won’t be returning to this particular hotel.
the room was nice & clean but not with the hassle.
