I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend it. From the moment we arrived, it was clear things weren’t being run properly. Trying to call the front desk was pointless—no one ever answers the phone, which immediately makes you feel like there’s no support if something goes wrong.
The room itself was disappointing. While the size was decent, it was noticeably dirty and poorly maintained. Only one outlet in the entire room actually worked, which made charging devices a hassle. On top of that, two of the lamps didn’t work, and the TV was completely nonfunctional. It felt like basic upkeep just wasn’t a priority here.
The issues weren’t limited to the room either. One of the elevators was out of service, which caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience, especially during busy times.
To make matters worse, we were hit with an unexpected fee at check-in simply because we booked through a third-party website. That was never clearly communicated beforehand and felt pretty shady.
Customer service was practically nonexistent. There was only one overwhelmed front desk employee who seemed to have no authority to actually resolve issues. When we brought up problems with our room, we were told there was nothing they could do. On top of that, the staff’s appearance and professionalism were lacking—one employee was wearing headphones and acted annoyed that we even approached them for help.
Overall,SKIP SKIP SKIP just go elsewhere.
