Honestly, at first it was awful. I didn’t received any check in instructions, my family and I arrived close to midnight, I did receive a door code but it didn’t worked. I was so upset, tired, and my baby was 12 months old was crying and cranky.
The following morning, I kept finding long white hair, black hair, animal hair all over, even in the bed. I started to sweep it up and the amount of gunk, dirt and hair that I got, it was unbelievable.
I contacted their customer support and they send a team of 3 people to clean, change sheets and vacuum. It was awful!!
The staff was nice,
Laundry was nice and clean
Kitchen all appliances— no sugar, salt, pepper only coffee.
Bedrooms with smart tv- played YouTube for my baby..
Living room and balcony was good
Bathrooms were also lovely
But honestly, after that the apartment was good. Everything worked as normal, I didn’t have anymore complaints. My family and I had a great stay. Once the issue was resolved in a few hours I was satisfied!
