The rooms were ok, but we only had used half roll of bath tissue, and no toilet plunger and when asked, if they could provide us, in the middle of night on a christmas time when stores were closed, they told us that we would have to purchase on our own. So we decided to leave eventhough we had one more night of stay. When we were on the road after vacating, they suddenly wanted us to provide with the things we requested prior to leaving( bath tisse and plunger)
There was no soap. However, we were not told that all of this will not be provided upfront. The communication was through whatzapp. The property was on the fourth floor, with no lift, and the stairs in hallway was not lit and very very dirty. I have been using orbitz for the past 20 plus years and visited 47 countries so far, never had such bitter experience.
