Mgr Sha, Asst Mgr Christy and other staff went into my room and went through all of my stuff. They said it was an accident so we came to an agreement and all was good, or so I thought. My wife joined me on my trip, and for some reason, Christy took issue with her, began being very passive aggressive towards her and when my wife was forced to interact with her, she would start yelling and screaming like my wife had done something. Then she would threaten to go to the owner and kick us out or call the police and have us removed. It made our stay very stressful. I was glad to leave. The price is good there, but management makes it a nightmare if they feel you will stand up for yourself. The other staff was delightful. Honestly, they should remove the Asst Mgr at the very least and promote one of the other desk workers to her position. They were pleasant to work with and had the customer’s and owner’s best interest in mind.
