Açık büfe menü çok çeşitli olsa da yiyecekler alıştığımız damak tadı Türk mutfağı lezzetine yakın değildi maalesef. Otel genel olarak çok temiz, derli toplu, her gün odamız temizlendi. Havlu temizliğini çok yeterli bulmadım. Çalışanlar turistlere yakınlık göstermek isterken fazla olanlar da var. Mesela karşılaşınca "çak" yapmak istemek çok gerekli değil bence.

Super rent med fejning og vaskning af stort set alle arealer hver eneste dag. Imponerende. Service er i top, og er et niveau over almindelige 5-stjernede hoteller. Selve hotellet er storartet og man taber pusten over hvor flot der er. Maden er fin og der er et fint udvalg af a la carte restauranter. Buffeten er også udemærket, men niveauet på maden er ikke helt så højt som det resterende på hotellet. Der er ikke så meget at se eller lave i området, så man skal være tilfreds med at blive på hotellet det meste af tiden og ellers udnytte de lidt længere udflugter man kan tage på. Der kunne godt være et større udvalg af sportslige muligheder. Alt i alt et fantastisk hotel som man bliver meget tilfreds med hvis turen går hertil.

We recently stayed at Alkasr Sahl Hasheesh and had a great experience overall. The hotel is still quite new, so everything feels very modern, fresh, and clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The food quality was very good for an all inclusive resort, with a good variety and several restaurants to choose from. The beach is large, clean, and very relaxing. The gym was another highlight — well equipped with a great range of machines. A special thank you to Martena at the gym who was always very helpful. What really stood out most was the staff. Everyone was extremely attentive and genuinely did their best to resolve any issues quickly and make sure guests were comfortable and enjoying their stay. Special mentions to: • Yasser, the food director • Mahmoud supervisor in flavors restaurant • Atef, who looked after our room every day • David and the whole reception and reception bar team Their service and friendliness really made a difference. The only small improvement would be for the pools to be a little warmer, but overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wir waren 7 Nächte in diesem Hotel und insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit direktem Poolzugang, was unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Das Resort selbst ist wunderschön gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war top. Besonders begeistert hat uns die große Essensauswahl mit vielen verschiedenen Restaurants. Auch die Möglichkeit, Getränke direkt am Strand zu bekommen, war sehr praktisch. Am Strand waren außerdem immer ausreichend Liegen vorhanden, sodass man jederzeit einen Platz gefunden hat. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations, and the experience was truly unforgettable. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gross, Strand perfekt, Leider gab es viele Punkte, die uns nicht gefallen haben: - Täglicher Stromunterbruch von ungefähr 15 Minuten - Sehr wenig Informationen (kein Plan, kein Animationsprogramm, keine Wegweiser) - Hotel ist auf osteuropäische Gäste ausgerichtet. Keine Informationen auf Deutsch, Französisch oder Spanisch. - Hauptrestaurant wird von Hotelangestellten als Kantine gebraucht, für uns ein no-go. - Disco geschlossen. In den Bars wird die Musik um 23 Uhr abgestellt. Wir fühlten uns wie in einer Altersresidenz. - Animationsteam war kaum anzutreffen und sehr diskret. - Lokaler Alkohol im all-inclusive ist schlicht untrinkbar (Gin, Whisky)

Je n’ai jamais vu un complexe hôtelier aussi luxueux de ma vie, il est incroyableblement beau, le personnel n’est pas toujours très souriant mais Mohamed (ou Mohamad) au restaurant flavors nous a égaillé nos journées avec ses petites attentions, son sourire et sa bonne humeur. La nourriture est très bonne, la literie très confortable. Le seul inconvénient est le fait d’être un peu excentré dans une zone très touristique ce qui fait que pour chaque déplacement les taxis veulent faire payer le prix fort.

We made our reservation after being misled by the extremely high review scores across all platforms and by the way this hotel positions itself as a premium resort. Unfortunately, our experience ended in major disappointment. I genuinely do not believe this hotel deserves such ratings, and at times, it even felt as though these scores may have been artificially inflated through unfair methods. Throughout our entire stay, we experienced frustration and disappointment in almost every aspect. Our biggest concerns were the severe lack of hygiene and the rude, indifferent attitude of many employees. The air conditioning in our room could never cool the temperature below 25.5°C, while also operating loudly enough to make sleeping uncomfortable. Neither the sea, nor the food, nor the service quality, nor the entertainment and animation activities managed to satisfy us in any way. Choosing this hotel turned out to be a major regret.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The hotel is stunning, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the grounds are beautifully kept. What really stood out was the staff. Karem the front of office manager was excellent. After an awful experience at another hotel he made our stay so comfortable. Every single person was friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming. Aymen our room cleaner was so lovely he always had a lovely design on our bed. The food was varied and high quality, and the beach and pool areas were perfect for relaxing. A truly luxurious and stress-free holiday.

Dirty towels, stained bed sheets, unwashed glasses, and extremely low-quality beverages are the standard services that you will receive for sure within this hotel’s “all-inclusive” concept. The rude front desk staff and hotel employees who constantly expecting tips even for the simplest services will make you regret choosing this hotel. The food is mediocre at best, while the ingredients and beverages offered throughout the resort are clearly selected with budget-cutting as the main priority rather than quality. However, the hotel’s biggest problem by far is the alarming lack of hygiene, especially with those plastic glasses in the bars and snack restaurants. The constant room upgrade games and repeated attempts to charge extra fees were also extremely disturbing. In addition, I paid the hotel 1900 EGP for an airport transfer that would have cost around 350 EGP via Uber. In return, we were transported in a worn-out, uncomfortable vehicle filled with rattling noises from every direction. The transfer car was not belong to hotel, it was just a regular car called from outside. This is my third trip to Egypt, and by far the worst experience I have ever had. Unfortunately, after the days we spent at this hotel, we have definitively decided never to plan another vacation in Egypt again.

The hotel is a new property, contemporary decorated. All areas are clean. The room was not clean at check in. There was a fine dust at the floor, also at the wooden separation board between the bed and the living area, the house keeping was going to clean it but I was very tired because I had some issues with the check in so I took the room after a long waiting time and I needed to sleep that's why I asked him to continue cleaning it the next day but he didn't unfortunately, otherwise, he was helpful. The A.c was too loud at night. They gave me a bed for the little baby, but it hadn't a mattres, we didn't use it as it was hard. Bathroom looks like not new, ceiling of the shower was with peeling paint. Food was excellent, with high quality and lot of varieties. Also drinks and beverage were as good as the food. Only a little comment about,Flies could be found on the main restaurant at the cheese bar, I don't know if they like the cold part of the buffet. Bars and cafes are well managed, everything is everywhere, you don't have to go far for a specific need. Even the night show was with a very good quality, dancers are professionals. G.M. Mr. Nader who was a very gentle man invited us to a vip party in the Lebanese restaurant, that was a good night, I enjoyed the food made by turkish top chief Sadat, a very serious man. Most of the staff were helpful, Lough to you and always welcoming you. Mr. Youssry is the man of the hotel, thanks to him our stay wil be unforgettable.

Wir verbrachten fünf wundervolle Tage zum Abschluss unserer Ägyptenreise in diesem Hotel. Die Anlage ist wirklich wunderschön, weitläufig und sehr gepflegt. Besonders begeistert hat uns der Privatstrand, da man hier hervorragend zur Ruhe kommen und entspannen konnte. Die Poollandschaften sind großartig gestaltet, und es gibt ausreichend Platz und Freiraum für alle Gäste, sodass man nie das Gefühl hatte, um Liegen konkurrieren zu müssen. An einigen Stellen gibt es jedoch noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Die Vitaminbar könnte mit modernerer Technik ausgestattet werden, um die Zubereitung der Säfte effizienter zu gestalten. Im Badezimmer wären zusätzliche Handtuchhalter wünschenswert. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte während unseres Aufenthalts nicht. Da wir im Januar dort waren und die Nächte angenehm kühl waren, hat uns dies jedoch kaum gestört. Das Gym war hervorragend ausgestattet und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Leider empfanden wir die Taxipreise des Hotels als recht hoch, weshalb wir alternativ ein Taxi aus der Stadt genutzt haben. Das Essen in den ausgewählten Restaurants (Italiener und Asiate) konnte uns qualitativ leider nicht überzeugen.

Wow, where do I start! This property is absolutely beautiful. The room was well appointed and spacious. The many, many pools and fountains are beautiful. The resort is brand new, construction was going on but it never interrupted our stay. But out of all that, the impeccable service was what stood out the most. From our check-in and welcome with Nael Nashat-to say he was hospitable is an understatement, the man made my wife and I and both of my parents feel like our happiness was his only concern. Our every need at our room was meticulously handled by Ayman-what a kind man. Not only did he handle what we needed, he anticipated it. Usually buffet food is not my family’s favorite, but what an amazing set of Chef’s at this resort. Dinner at the buffet turned into an event each evening coordinated by our waiter Mohamed Samir Mahmoud. My Egyptian American family was waited on hand over foot! The chef’s would help us decide what to eat and explain all of the finer details of the huge spread. We are foodies and this buffet delivered a five-star dining experience at each meal. If you are American and not sure if you should book here because of the limited reviews, just book. The resort is brand new so it has not had a chance to be reviewed much yet. Thank you to everyone at this resort that made such a special time for my family!

Located just a short, smooth transfer from Hurghada Airport, this stunning new hotel delivers world-class luxury, impeccable service, and an atmosphere that effortlessly balances relaxation with refined entertainment. A very special mention must go to Mr Nader, the General Manager, whose respect, attention to detail, and absolute professionalism set the tone for the entire hotel. His presence and leadership are clearly reflected in the exceptional standards throughout our stay. Equally deserving of praise is Mr Hani, the Hotel Manager, who went out of his way to accommodate even our smallest requests with genuine warmth and care. Mr Karem, Front Office Manager, ensured our stay was seamless from start to finish, making us feel valued and truly welcomed at every interaction. And then there is Miss Wasila—our guardian angel throughout the stay. No request was ever too much, no question was ever a problem. Her dedication, kindness, and attention is making our days unforgettable and our experience truly personal from beginning to end. It must also be said that every single member of staff at Al Kasr is exceptionally polite, caring, and hardworking. Our stay in one of the villas was absolutely wonderful. The balcony with the swimup pool was a delight to spend a couple of hours away in the calm. Special thanks go out to Nouhran and especially Mostafa who both took great care of us and fulfilled all wishes with the greatest care one could ask for. The kids loved both of them and generally the whole staff was amazingly lovely with everyone. The food is almost perfect (the sole disappointment for us was the pizza in the a la carte restaurant which is really not as good as the rest of food - I would recommend going for the really amazing pasta dishes instead and perhaps the management could send the cooks to italy for a couple of weeks to take the pizza experience to the level of the remainder of the food.). Other than that the food was really really good! And every restaurant and/or bar served us delicious food at every time of the day. Another special thanks to the lady at the "egg station" of the breakfast buffet who was beaming with the most friendly smile every day during our stay! We will certainly be back next time we stay in Sahl Hasheesh!

Beautiful hotel with a clean sandy beaches. There are different restaurants with tasty food: buffet, Asian, Turkish and Italian cuisine. Yes, there are some construction on the site but it didn’t bother us at all, every day something new was opened for example fountains. Evening entertainment was amazing! Some advice: we used hotel taxi transfer from the airport and paid $35. On the way back we used Ubar and payed $5. eSIM would help to call taxi from everywhere without WiFi.
