Stinky room.
The room had a terrible odor. The desk clerk tried to help us with some spray air freshener. It didn’t help. It came from the air conditioner or wet carpet. The toilet handle didn’t work. If you took the lid off the tank you could use the flush mechanism to flush the bowl. Because we booked through you, a third party, we couldn’t switch rooms as easily. It also is making it more difficult for us to receive a discount on our night’s stay.
The desk was helpful but because we hadn’t reserved through them, they said they couldn’t help us at all. That doesn’t make us want to us hotels.com very quickly if using your site causes problems.please let me know how you are going to fix this problem.
