My overall feeling of this place is that it feels a bit tired and unloved, and is very overpriced.
We stayed in a family unit - it was very cramped and small. The bathroom being off the kids room was a pain when the kids were trying to sleep. It was self contained, but there wasn’t much. The cooking utensils were a random mix of a pair of tongs, a slotted spoon, a small grater and a can opener. A wooden spoon or similar, and a sharp knife would have been helpful. There was nothing in the communal kitchen - you have to pay to hire crockery/utensils.
There was a lovely girl (Sam?) who was very friendly and helpful, but the manager wasn’t great. Within a couple of minutes of checking in he told me he’d been there a month, hated it and was leaving in a week. Not a great first impression!
I personally wouldn’t go back. It was very overpriced for what we got, and to be honest, if this is a superior top ten park, then it’s really put me off the brand.
