I messaged the hotel 8.59pm that I was just about to arrive as my bus was delayed. Check in dead line was 9pm. There was nobody when I arrived, telefon number on the app didn’t work, could hear it ringing and nobody to answer. Found another number and the person showed up after 15-20 minutes. He said my room wasn’t paid and wanted cash. Wouldn’t give me the WiFi password to arrange payment, said I had to pay cash first to get the Wi-Fi. The most unfriendly experience I’ve had checking in. The room was surprisingly clean and comfortable though. I’d rather pay a little more and get much better service.
