So many pros and cons (but mostly pros!)
Don't let the unassuming lobby fool you! The rooms are lovely!
The towels were clean and fluffy (although no hand towels. But extra facecloths to compensate), and the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in, in ages.
The rooms are not very sound proof so if that's an issue for you (including neighbours talking and train noises), bring ear plugs.
But the fridge was cold and was larger than most hotel fridges, and there was a very clean microwave in the room. The room coffee maker wasn't working well, but the lobby had 24 hour a day coffee.
The only really frustrating thing was the airport shuttle, but that was more due to not managing expectations/information and the challenges of my limited mobility. Firstly, it's important to know that you have to call the hotel to order the shuttle upon arrival. But more importantly, the shuttle DOES NOT go to terminal E. It only goes to Terminal C (and maybe A, but I'm not sure). And this also applies for the return to the airport. So if you have mobility issues, it's important to be prepared for this. Have the wheelchair services from your airline drop you off at the hotel shuttle stop at terminal C upon arrival and be prepared for a bit of a trek from Terminal C up to Wheelchair services upon your return to the airport.
All in all, though, I would absolutely return to this hotel. Despite the few hiccups, it was overall a very pleasant experience! See you again soon!
