Staff is phenomenal - very courteous and professional. Breakfast was made to order - wholesome - tasty - fresh! They walk with you to the uber/taxi pickup and drop off place (2mins away), at all times of the day and night. (even though Marrakech is a safe place).

In my short time there, I had a few things happen and staff was helpful and fixed my problems, Namely, I dropped an earring down the bathroom drain and they were able to retrieve it - This is not something most properties would care about trying. I loved how attentive the staff was and I can’t wait to be back!!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. Location was fabulous inside the medina. Their restaurant was excellent. Service was attentive and no ask was too small. I think there are ten rooms and they said they were full. We only saw one other guest over a three day stay. Seemed like our private home. Many places to have breakfast. In fact, could be in any of the many sitting areas or the breakfast room or your own room. We chose beside the pool. Would stay there again for sure when we are next in Marrakesh.

I cannot say enough good things about this Riad. Please keep in mind you are in old town and you will drive through parts of Marrakech that you did not think existed. You have to go in with an open mind. Once you reach the doors of the riad you will be amazed at what you find inside. The staff is so helpful for anything you need. The owner James is usually somewhere on property all day. The rooms are huge and the air conditioning blows ice cold. I have never slept better in my entire life. I am already planning a trip back to Morocco with my daughter and we will definitely stay here. Get out explore and have a great time. You don’t have to leave the immediate area to do all your shopping. They have a restaurant across the street and it has an amazing roof top deck. If you plan to use the spa service I recommend booking asap as they fill up quickly.

This Riad is an oasis of calm in an otherwise bustling Marrakech. It is ideally located, clean and well maintained. All of the staff are focussed on looking after their guests. There is nothing to not like about it. If you want to stay somewhere that feels a bit special this is the place to go.

A lovely Riad just on the edge of the medina, great to come back too after the hustle and bustle of the medina only a few minutes away. All the staff are so friendly and will do there utmost to make your stay special. The rooms are lovely & spacious. The airport return transfer was superb. It’s well worth going to there restaurant as the food and service was fantastic & you only have to walk across the road to it. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil oasis in Marrakesh

Really enjoyed our stay at Le Farnatchi! The service was truly excellent, friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast each morning was wonderful, we loved the rooftop and a big nightlight was the Hammam treatment at the spa. Highly recommend. Super quiet room and the most lux bathroom I have seen in a long time - but totally Moroccan. Thank you for having us - we hope to be back soon!

Exceptionally friendly staff. Helpful from when we got out of our taxi and helped navigate us to the riad at 10pm at night. Hospitable and made sure we had eaten when we arrived. Ordered from the riads restaurant which was very delicious. Arranging cars and trips was seamless.

We had a phenomenal stay at Le Farnatchi. The property is beyond gorgeous, location is perfect, and the complimentary breakfast and canapes were stellar. The real stand out, however, is the staff. Everyone went above and beyond for you - from helping to book cars, dinner reservations, and even escorting us to our cabs so we would feel safe at night/not get lost. We had an INCREDIBLE time during our stay and I truly cannot recommend this property enough The spa is also wonderful. HIGHLY recommend!

Luxe riad

Wonderful stay at Le Farnatchi. All the staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was beautiful and impeccably maintained. So many places to rest and relax within the riad, complimentary mint tea and coffee on request, and breakfast served to the room was an extra luxury. Located a 5 min walk from Place Moukef, staff would come to meet us there if called in advance. Nearby is the Ben Yousef Medersa, several good restaurants including their own, and the north end of the souk. Hammam and spa treatment was thoroughly relaxing. Already planning a return visit.

Très beau riad avec piscine, la suite superbe, notamment les bains et les balcons, mais il manque quand même un minibar (mettre nos bouteilles d'eau au frais!) et la climatisation n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel (bruyante et intensité non réglable pour la nuit) Des difficultés parfois avec l'eau. Know before you go so you can determine if a Riad is the right stay for you. The Riad was located in the Medina, hustle and bustle of the old city which at the time when I booked was unaware what the old city consisted of. Your car or taxi can not take you all the way to the door. You will have to park around 5 minutes walk away and rely on hotel staff to get your luggage and chauffeur you to the door.

What an absolute haven of tranquility and luxury in the bustle of the medina! The property is top notch, the rooms are luxurious and well appointed. Airport pickup is included which is very handy. The breakfast is sumptuous and you can have it in your room, your terrace or in any of the public areas in the riad! Their restaurant is highly recommended for the local cuisine, it was a shame it was closed on the Tuesday evening when we wished to dine there for a second time!! Their spa is meant to be fabulous although we didnt use it. Going by the toiletries in the room and the hand-made soap I have no doubt that those reviews are well deserved! The best part of this establishment was the service. Nothing was too much trouble from recommending local tours to making dinner reservations. A special shout out to Saeeda who went out of her way to make our stay special! One of the best hotels that we have stayed anywhere in the world!!
