I could not spend the night at this hotel. The room was unsuitable. The mattress was thin and on a platform. And very hard, there was no soap. I went to use the bathroom. I could not wash my hands. There was no soap in the kitchen or the shower. I have pictures. I want a refund. I have been in touch with manage guest relations at this hotel. Their main corporate, a headquarters. I'm very upset. This is even on your website. I use it all the time. Well I don't travel a lot. But when I do I use it and I need a refund. Even though I did not pay $9 to have it refundable. Because I should not have needed or refunded. In the meantime I had to find another room late at night
The parking lot had not been plowed. I have handicapped issues. I almost fell twice. I'm going to the office that was not open even though the hours said till 9 and I was there at 830I can go on. And on I have videos, I have pictures. And I'm very upset about this. And I hope it will be taken care of a s a pnot be an issue getting a refund. Please contact me ASAP. Thank you
