Booked a room for 3 adults with free breakfast included. However, we faced a recurring issue where dining staff insisted only 1 breakfast was included. It took multiple attempts and showing my Expedia confirmation to get this resolved. While management eventually admitted the error and provided small souvenirs as an apology, it was an awkward and frustrating experience to deal with every morning.
Future guests should double-check their breakfast count at the front desk upon arrival to avoid issues at the restaurant. Aside from this administrative hiccup, the stay was fine, but the communication between the booking system and the dining staff needs improvement.
