Hotel needs renovation. The upgraded room are worse than a budget hotel. Mould everywhere in bathrooms, switches broken, stains on towels and bedsheets, gym full of dust.

Had to ask every evening to have the hot water fixed. Food presentation was awful, though some of it tasted nice. No bar, but it is advertised on hotels dot com and their own website. 2 events held during my 5 days which meant loud music won 2 consecutive nights

There we no shops nearby.for small everyday items. I needed a tuk tuk, but to be fair I do have mobility issues.

WiFi service not available.
Breakfast: Lot of choices. All cold and stale. Waiter takes order for tea and coffee but does not deliver it.
Luggage: They are bringing luggage but late to the room.

This is definately not a 4 star hotel. It is dirty. There is no bar as it says on the website. The window in the room was fasten shut with a piece of metal and 2 screws. The smoke room was filthy and had cobwebs and dust on the seats. The bedsheets did not get changed in 9 days we where there. The kitchen did not look the cleanest. In between the 2nd and 3rd floor. There is a floor that is disgusting and we saw the kitchen staff carrying food down from it. The hotel has buildings on 3 sides of it. One is still a building site. You can hear the coachs blowing horns all night and the tones from the railtrack that is directly infront of the hotel blowing day and night. Some staff are working in clothes that i can only imagine the last time they where washed. The taxi service in the lobby. The rep looks at you and thinks how much he can extort from you. The possatives. It is cheap and a roof over your head. The aircon although noisy works very well. But has a pipe hanging out of the ceiling into a gallon can to drain it. Definately not a 4 star by any standards

Good location to get to / from railway station and metro. Value for money. Decent breakfast. Everything is a little tired and could be cleaner. The bed was great; I slept quite well. Good shower. Generous size rooms with all the extras like slippers, tea, kettle, fridge, shower gel, toothbrush. For what I paid, I really can't complain.

The hotel was okay overall, but we changed room twice due to poor WiFi and Air conditioning. Only saw two cockroaches!

El hotel esta bien conectado con estacion del metro y la estacion de trenes,
Cuartos amplios, camas amplia, buena limpieza, desayuno variado.
El unico incoveniente que tuvimos fue que tardaron mucho devolviendo la ropa del serviicio de lavanderia

Nice hotel,too bad I got the room with the mattress (room 512)which should of been tossed 2āyears ago, maybe the hotel manager/ and or CEO should sleep for three nights on it then refund my money? I might as well mention the hot water isnāt available at all times. Shame on you guys!

I neither like the hotel nor the staff. It was the worst experience with Vesta. They have argued with me for booking I made 5-6 calls to Expedia thereafter issue was resolved.
