Horrible experience do NOT book at this hotel. I booked this hotel in advance for a business trip. The night before I called the hotel only to find out that they didn’t see my reservation. After insisting that I did have one and a hotels.com itinerary number and a charge to my card, and after several attempts to look up my reservation- magically the front desk found it- only they were showing it was cancelled. At that point the front desk was powerless to help and could only suggest I call a different number. Called the new number only to be hung up on twice (don’t use the prompt for reservations made by a third party), I was finally connected - surprise surprise the number provided, while it was a worldmark number it wasn’t the right department; and therefore had to start all over. Again went round to the next number and lo and behold, they couldn’t find the reservation either. After much insistence magically he found my reservation. As it was explained to me they overbooked the hotel and my room was given to a member. The solution: although I booked a two bedroom suite for my trip in a nice hotel, they could either refund my stay or put me in a double bed holiday inn or My Stay roach motel. At this time rooms were astronomically more expensive or unavailable due to a gem show in town. I was out of luck either way and ended up staying in a much lower end hotel that smelled of industrial cleaner. I was offered NO concessions, apology, or accommodation. NEVER book here
