We were booking late so didn't have a lot of choice, but this turned out to be a well-priced and convenient location for our visit to Dublin.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment was clean and tidy. The location was decent, walkable to most of the tourist sites without being right in the middle. It was however still quite noisy, I think the windows didn't seal very well. They also didn't open very wide which made it hard to cool it down, but I assume that's some safety regulation that can't be changed.
It's nice to have a small kitchen, but it would have been convenient if some essentials (oil, salt, pepper, washing up liquid, etc) were provided - nobody wants to buy these just to make a meal or two during a short stay.
