Overall ok but update your issues
Check in was late due to room not being fully cleaned by check in time. Pool was not working. The following morning prior to check out, pool was still not working, but front desk said it was ok to use. The water was a nasty dark green with a gross scummy foam covering the top of water. Front desk wouldnāt do anything about adjusting price or discount.

Nice hotel for a family vacation
Overall, the hotel was good and comfortable. The only creamer at breakfast was a Coffeemate creamer product that had sugar in it! Thus, it was not possible to have coffee with just cream (but no sugar). Who decided that this was a good idea? Morning coffee is a great thing on vacation, and I was unable to have this as a result (yes, we asked and no, an acceptable alternative was not available). Otherwise, the breakfast was fine.

I was disappointed to find that the remote control in our room did not work, we did not have any sheets or extra pillows for the pull out sofa bed, the cushions on the sofa was very dirty, and the breakfast was not good.

Disapppinting treatment by staff
Upon check-in, my room had orange stains on the carpet and burn holes on the ottoman (pictured below with time stamps upon check-in). Felt unfairly targeted the entire stay. I never had 2 working room keys for my suite despite going to the front desk 3x for assistance with key cards not working. The pool was not stocked with towels from 4pm-closing. The staff said they were unable to replenish the towels when made aware because they had already put out towels for the entire day.
Hotel staff lied to my family and I about pool hours. Pool hours are listed as open until 11pm. At 10:15pm, the staff told me I had to get out of the pool because it was closed (depsite pool hour's being confirmed as 11pm when I checked in). The staff told me I was incorrectly told 11pm and that I had to vacate the pool within 10minutes or risk eviction for having a final warning. After I wrote an email to the manager to express feedback on how the staff treated me during my stay, I did not receive any correspondence from the manager. Instead my card was charged an additional $50 because the "maids must have found your room worth charging". I could not be given any more information on why the charges were added even though I offered to show pictures of the room condition before and after my stay. Overall, this was the most stressful stay I have had because of feeling targeted by one staff member in particular. I feel like the room charges were in retaliation to my feedback.

When we checked in, the hotel ran my credit card and sent us up to our room. The key entry was broken and required a maintenance person to let us in. We found out the room was not what weād reserved. Desk clerk informed us the manager downgraded us as a result of a ābetterā reservation. We asked for our money back so we could go to a different hotel. We were told the desk clerk was not authorized to process refunds. He indicated that the manager would ādo something in the morning to make it rightā. We grudgingly agreed to take the downgraded room which ended up having a refrigerator that would not work, stained carpet (looked like someone had been murdered there) and a bed setup that did not match our requirements. If I could leave them zero stars out of ten, I would.

So i had a do not disturb sign i left for few hours i come back room is cleaned but the bags i had with receipts in them they had throwm out moved all my stuff missing a small hand bag...next room over had people arguing drug activity 3 doors down girls fist fighting NOT SAFE AT ALLL

Horrible customer service from the manager
The manager at the front desk was rude not only to myself but to other customers. He told me we could not have balloons in our room so I needed a refund but he was rude about that too. He saw cupcakes and one woman's hand and told her she cannot have that in the room and started arguing with the customer. He showed no professionalism, we were two black women and he showed a bit of racistism. I will never ever come to that hotel again.

I would say that it was okay. Check in was horrible. They gave me a room that was not cleaned. The did give me another room that was cleaned but I was still mad about the situation and ask to speak to a manager and was told that he stepped out. The definitely need updates to the hotel and understaffed.

Charged twice
They double charged me for the room. I showed the desk clerk my receipt on the app and still charged me for the room after i stayed. And never refunded my deposit along with the extra. When i called they said there's nothing they can do.

Iām a Michigan native who travels home from Ohio frequently this was an excellent hotel to stay at while visiting family and friends and gave me all the amenities of home.

Spent 400 dollars on a King Suite for my family and I to come swimming and got there and the pool room was FREEZING and the jacuzzi wasnāt even working! Livid is an understatement. My kids didnāt even want to be in the pool room they were begging to go back up to the room cuz it was so cold in there. The room was ok.
