Lovely quiet spot to stay. We had a wedding reception nearby so was ideal. Very clean and super comfy bed. Lots of parking, although is first come first serve next to the pub. Our room came with a mini-fridge, large TV and single bunk beds alongside the large bed.

A very welcoming place with friendly staff. The room was spacious and had everything that we needed. The food in the restaurant was good and plentiful and well priced. Beautiful location and ideal for walkers in the Ironbridge Gorge

There were no staff when we arrived. Everything bar the room was closed up until 24 hours later. Our room had not been made up as two single beds, as booked online. I'd to use towels and throws as bedding.I advise checking with the hotel if that is your requirement. The room was clean and well equipped.The next day things were sorted out by the staff. Our bar drinks were on the house. Parking is easy.

Clean, spacious family room. Patchy wi-fi, slightly out-dated bathroom but clean and usable. Basic pub grub, but be aware they don’t do breakfast. Lots to do in the area and a good price, would definitely stay again.

Extremely good stay at The Shakespeare Inn, Coalport. Hotel rooms were immaculate with daily housekeeping and lots of little extras to make you feel at home. On the Thursday we dined in the restaurant where we decided to sit outside so we could enjoy our food with a view. Really beautiful place, nice and quiet, will definitely return!

The rooms were clean and comfortable and belied the rather inauspicious entrance out the back of the pub. There were little touches (water, coffee/tea and biscuits) that made us feel welcome. The beds were very comfy.

Great family room, really large and lots of little details had been considered to make our stay really comfortable. Really loved how the room was accessed straight from the beer garden so the kids could easily go outside and play and we could take a cup of tea outside in the morning. Lots of parking and great location just a short drive from Blists Hill (which has a great playground!) and Iron Bridge. Had an evening meal in the pub and it was great, huge portions and very relaxed. The beer garden and rooms are up some quite steep steps so the only negative would be if you have mobility issues. Great views from the beer garden though! We will definitely return.

Lovely little place, lovely room with lovely hot shower facilities which is rare to come by. 4 star rating only due to the pub being closed and nothing close locally to get food ect.
