I returned to the apartment at around 1:00am after a night out. only to find that I could not get into the building due to a fault with the front entrance door. I repeatedly called the emergency number and rang the doorbell, but nobody answered. Not a single response from anyone despite being stranded outside in the middle of the night.
As a result, I was forced to sleep in my car until 9:00am.
The next morning, I had to travel to the sister hotel to find someone who could help. When they eventually attended the property, it turned out the front door was faulty and had to be forcefully opened because the magnetic locking system had failed.
The most concerning part is not just the faulty door, but the complete lack of support. What’s the point of having an emergency contact number if nobody answers it? If there had been a genuine emergency, guests would have been completely on their own.
I paid for accommodation that I could not access or use for the entire night because of their technical failure. Being locked out overnight and forced to sleep in a car is not what anyone expects when paying for accommodation.
Poor maintenance, non-existent customer service, and a complete disregard for guest welfare. I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere.
