The property is well maintained, the rooms are clean, the separate bathroom is clean and there is a fully equipped kitchen. The property is to the north of Zurich airport. There is no public transportation to this place, but it is only about 10mins by shared taxi (Uber/Lyft) which costed us about CHF 10. The staff is quite friendly.

The property we booked was not the one we got. I booked months in advance but was told upon check in that the entire building I booked was having renovations done to it. When I went there, it did not appear that that was the case. They instead put me and my father in a 1 bed room when we booked a 2 bed house. The bathroom was shared with everyone else in the apartment which I did not like. We were refused the proper amount of towels. I only got 1 large towel for the entire stay.

This property/villa was just a 10min (10 CHF) ride from the airport. It is one of 4-5 other villas surrounded by farms. The property itself is very comfortable and has all the amenities a villa can provide. The staff is very friendly. However, being in the middle of farms, one had to take a taxi to the city to get any food.

We were not initially meant to stay here as we had booked somewhere else. i found this little Gem and it was in a beautiful area, it was slightly out of the way but the walk was lovely. We were greeted by 2 lovely people and was shown our room. we were not pestered at all during our stay and they were very accommodating. I would highly reccomend this place especially if you like the quiet and fabulous scenary.

The room was quiet and clean. The bed was good, the furniture seems to be new. Unfortunately I left my secondary IPhone behind (in the room). However, it was found immediately by the staff and especially Mr. Ramon has been very supportive for me to get it back, which was a very good experience,

Place was infested by flies and could not sleep. Window blinds broken in bedroom. Ceiling light in shower broken. Shared bathroom.

Staff was not helpful and there was no where to park. I was also chased away by an old man on a bike while trying to find the doorbell.

We were informed only 19 minutes after the check in period for the day started (3:00pm) that our booking had been changed to a different location; the new place was not at all ideal, with the bathroom being shared when we specifically booked otherwise. Only Spanish speaking staff was present until we wanted to address our complaints; communication was needlessly difficult despite having fluent English and German speakers in our group. We chose to cut our losses and find elsewhere to stay. Overall an extremely dissatisfying and distressing experience.

We had to stay outside for a long time at mid night with my kid and nobody was responding for a long time. No staff was there to receive us. No instructions until I asked! It was all suspicious! Not enough pillows! Nobody shared with us how to use the WiFi! The whole night people were making noises! Terrible experience

I had a very disappointing experience with this property and would not recommend it. Communication was poor from the beginning. The owner did not answer calls and failed to return messages. When I finally reached him, he denied the luggage storage option that had previously been discussed before check-in. During our conversation, he was rude, raised his voice, and was unprofessional. The accommodation was also completely different from what was advertised. I booked a two-bedroom villa but was instead given a small attic room in a shared house. The bathroom was located on the main floor and shared with other tenants, which was not disclosed in the listing. The location was another major issue. The property is directly under a flight path, with airplanes landing overhead throughout the night. The noise made it nearly impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, other tenants were talking loudly on their phones until around 2:00 a.m. Unfortunately, I had a 6:00 a.m. flight and was unable to get any meaningful rest. Overall, the listing was misleading, the customer service was unacceptable, and the stay was extremely uncomfortable. I would not stay here again.
