The pools were not vacuumed when we arrived and not vacuumed a single time for our week there, so very very dirty. The cleanlyness is a bit so, so and there is a massive need for maintenance. But the slides were great and the Animation team working with the entertainment were the best ever. Five stars for them making the visist lovely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food was not very good, and with each passing day, there seemed to be less and less available. By the last few days, we were going elsewhere for lunch and dinner because the food at the hotel had become impossible to enjoy. We ended up having only breakfast at the hotel and eating everything else somewhere else, which says quite a lot for an all-inclusive stay. In reality, the all-inclusive experience was basically the food and the pool, while many of the other advertised services were not available. We also had an issue with our room key card, which didn’t work. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t seem to be in much of a hurry to solve the problem and spent some time chatting with others before dealing with it. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but for an all-inclusive hotel, the experience was quite disappointing. Considering the price, I’m not sure it’s worth the time and money.

We really liked Tarsis Hotel. The staff was really welcoming and nice. Especially the male receptionist and the guy at the door during meals. We felt really welcome at this hotel. The facilities at the hotel was nice, although some places the conditions of the hotel was not completely maintained. But the staff made up for everything. Our room was spacious and well maintained and had everything we needed. The meals in the restaurant was tasty and at the time we were there, it wasn't overcrowded which was nice. There wasn't the same noise in the restaurant as we have seen in other all inclusive hotels. The only bad thing I have to mention is the wifi in our room. We couldn't keep a connection even though the kind receptionist tried to help us out. It didn't ruin our stay though. Our kids liked the waterpark and we had sunbeds every day. There were 2 other pools beside in the waterpark, so there were nice options for everyone. Even though the hotel wasn't right by the beach, the hotel offered a free bus to it. And we could walk for about 15 minutes from the hotel and reach endless shops. We overall had a very nice stay at Tarsis and would recommend it to others.

Great range of food and drinks options for the price with around 6 cocktail options, beer, wine, juice and spirits plus the ability to ‘choose’ your own drinks using the spirits, juice and flavours available. Bar staff were incredibly attentive however some of the staff at the restaurant were rude and homophobic. For an all inclusive the meals were decently varied and tasty with a good selection of options although the lack of clear labelling and buffet style would be difficult for those with dietary requirements and allergies. Rooms were alright although slightly rough around the edges and a room for three has poor sleeping arrangements for the third person. Location is easily walkable to the beach (15 minutes), the strip is a 25 minute walk and there are lots of little supermarkets and 24/7 shops nearby if you want to get any little things. Aquapark and slides was definitely a highlight with four big slides and a good mix of options for different ages. While I wouldn’t pay to use to the aquapark if I were at a different hotel I think it was a great deal being included in the hotel stay price

Ce qui m'a déçu, c'est que le parc aquatique et le snack étaient fermés pendant mon séjour sous prétexte de fin de saison. C'est un détail qui aurait dû nous être signalé avant la réservation.Cependant, la piscine était super : grande, avec beaucoup de transats, ce qui est largement suffisant pour les résidents. Globalement, c’est un bon hôtel, surtout au niveau du rapport qualité-prix. Le buffet est modeste mais il fait l'affaire. Le personnel est correct. Enfin, l'appartement est bien et équipé de tout le nécessaire, même si la télévision n'est pas très pratique.
