The door was open when I arrived. There was white creamy marks all over the couch. I was so uncomfortable I wrapped myself in my jacket and hood, so that I would not touch the bed. I let the owner know about this and they ignored me. It was several hours that I was locked out of the building and the owner took a while to help me. When they finally contacted me, they lied and said I was at the wrong garage. I took a picture that matched the garage pictures matched the garage pictures on their website. They never apologized or acted concerned about anything. I had to cancel my booking for future stay, because of these issues. Also, you have to upload your personal drivers license and it's not secure.
