The rooms were very clean and the linens and towels were always very clean and fresh every day. The staffs were all so very welcoming with beautiful smiles and all were very polite and respectful.
The fridges were all so bad and cold to put any food or drink! Infact on our fist day, we noticed the fridge wasn't working at all as they said it's a chiller. But after 5 daysof complaining about it, the handy man finally came and see that it's trully not working. But even replacing it to another one was no difference! We stayed 12 days, but we got the same complain from other visitors staying there. They are tiny little black box that doesn't look at all like a fridge. To be paying that amount for one night, and the hotel said to be only 7 months, it's very disappointing! Why can't they supply real mini fridges? Also the hotel needs to have a laundry for customers staying at the hotel. So we don't have to go looking for laundry all around town. Other hotels like Holiday Inn that we stayed in in Suva Fiji, has a laundry , with few washing machines and dryer. We stayed 12days in the hotel and were having trouble finding a laundry. I had to pay $30 taxi to drive me to a place to have our clothes washed. Need to have a room with computers and printers for guests with arise unforseen circumstances. Need another lift, it takes too long and waiting and every one wants to go up and down. One is not enough. Need to put real live flowers not plastic flowers displayed in the dining area.
