While the stay itself was fine, I was extremely disappointed to be hit with $100 in arbitrary post-stay charges. We traveled with two small dogs and proactively paid the $60 pet fee. Despite only being in the room for 12 hours, the hotel charged us an additional $100, claiming they "couldn't get dog hair out" of a blanket. As a long-time dog owner, I find it hard to believe a standard professional laundering wouldn't suffice—especially when a pet fee was already collected to cover extra cleaning.
More concerningly, they claimed we took a blanket from a drawer. We absolutely did not take anything from the room. These accusations feel like a predatory way to inflate the bill. I would caution pet owners and travelers alike to document everything before checking out of this property
