This place is in a great location with nearby dining, a super comfortable bed, clean rooms, and kind staff. The breakfast was decent, though the coffee carafe was always empty (thankfully, rooms have individual coffee pots).
The Pros:
Comfort & Service: Extremely comfortable bed, great desk, and courteous staff.
Cleanliness: Rooms and common areas were clean and tidy.
Location: Conveniently close to multiple dining options.
The Cons (Design & Maintenance Quirks):
Construction Flaws: Looks like it was designed with care but built by the lowest bidder. Most room light switches and fixtures were installed upside down, and the elevator felt like a volcano.
Kitchen Issues: The sink had a steep bottom causing dishes to slide to the center, lacked dish soap, and featured a flashing red stove light that required covering to sleep. The coffee pot didn't fit the provided coffee packs properly, making weak coffee.
Amenities & Comfort: The roll-down blinds fell two inches short of covering the window, letting in light. The thermostat didn't work, Wi-Fi was poor, and one washcloth appeared stained from auto parts.
Despite these quirks—feeling like a well-designed project that ran out of money—it's not a bad stay. The comfortable bed and workspace make it worthwhile, and I’d likely stay here again (while using my own hotspot for Wi-Fi).
