The breakfast buffet during my previous visit had a very limited menu and was not very tasty. The lunch and dinner buffets are far more expensive than those at other five-star properties and even significantly higher compared to other Radisson properties.
The service staff were generally sweet and helpful; however, one manager, Mr. Ashwani Pandey, behaved quite unprofessionally. During the New Year’s Eve gala buffet, we had purchased one couple pass and one adult pass with unlimited IMFL. We were one couple with one child, and both adults ordered drinks under the fully paid adult pass.
After my wife had just one drink and ordered another, Mr. Pandey abruptly stopped us from ordering any further drinks for her, which felt extremely rude and embarrassing. When I reminded him that we had paid in full for an additional child entry pass, he then offered to adjust the price of the drinks, which he had initially intended to charge us for. His initial behaviour reflected very poor customer service.
Apart from this incident, the rest of the experience was fine. Room dining service was good, and the pastry chef is truly talented.
