We checked in online to save time. All we had to do was pick up the keys... credit card number provided, and everything. Once we arrived, we had to do it all again. The receptionist didn't understand, even when we told her it was on their website.
Anyway, we expressed our dissatisfaction, which seemed to annoy the receptionist, who told us there was a customer satisfaction card and that we could speak to the manager.
So, the first morning, I asked the receptionist if it would be possible to put towels and a trash bag in our room. She said yes. I thanked her, and we left for the day. When we returned that evening around 10 p.m. with two children (4 and 2 years old) asleep in our arms, we arrived at our door to find that our two key cards no longer worked. We had to go back to reception, still with our children in our arms.
We also noticed that we weren't given any towels or trash bags as agreed.
Aside from the breakfast, which was okay, I won't be going back.
The parking is terrible.
The rooms are okay.
The breakfast is okay.
As for the staff, it seems like they don't care.
