What a great place to stay. A clean, modern, well-equipped appartment located by the river close to a metro station. The booking and check-in process is automated through their own app, so you really need to use that and follow its instructions for the smoothest experience.
In my case, I had issues with the identity verification process, as that was not properly set-up to verify non-US citizens and appears to be still evolving. But I persevered, and a couple of calls to their call centre helped understand and then finalise that part of the process, after which everything ran smoothly.
No real downsides. A kettle would have been nice for those of us who prefer tea to coffee. And the appartment only had one pot and one frying pan available for use on the stove, which limited the range of meals we could cook. As the rest of the kitchen was so well equipped, I can only imagine previous guests made off with some of the other pots, which is a shame. But we adapted, and the oven itself had an "air fry" mode, which worked very nicely.
