The property itself is in a great area. Across the street is the tube. We paid for an entire apartment for 6 days (as I needed the room with my child) once we got there we got the basic room. Unfortunately, they never changed our rooms - but did refund the difference. Our hot water tank only worked on the first day. The second day they had a repair person come to fix it- but then the next day it broke again. Once the repair person came again to fix it, we only had boiling hot water. (Unable to shower now) the washing machine only dried our clothes once. The other two times we had to hang our clothes. No iron on site. (Refund for that) extremely hot, 2 small fans to circulate the hot air was provided. No “key” to open the windows. Fridge leaked water, I was unable to open the freezer… once the repair person came to fix the water tank, we managed to open the freezer, that was FULL of snow and ice. (Explains the fridge leak)
I asked for monies back due to the poor stay, and all its faults… I was only given money back for no iron.
