Very disappointing experience at Rato Prime Terrace by Homing.
Management was extremely unresponsive throughout my stay. I emailed multiple times before check-in and only received a reply 30 minutes before the scheduled time. They then told me to retrieve the keys from a lockbox 15 minutes’ walk away from the apartment, which was very inconvenient with luggage.
After check-out, management was again not helpful with luggage storage. I ended up having to coordinate with Expedia myself just to get the storage address because Homing did not respond.
The apartment itself was also nothing like the photos. The closet was broken, the wall paint was peeling, and the sofa had visible stains. Overall, the condition felt neglected and far below expectations.
Would not recommend staying here.
