This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so had to spend time with tech support to get access.
Given the price, which was in excess of $500, we expected nice amenities. There was a Keurig with paper cups and instead of drinking glasses there were plastic cups in plastic bags, like you would get at a cheap motel. There were plastic utensils piled in a drawer down the hall. No bottled water or collective filtered water.
The unit was nice and decorated in a quirky and cool way, and the space was comfortable- or would have been had we been able to enjoy it. Our night was the same night as a big event in town, so we may have been victims of an algorithm, but the value just was not there. If you can get a better price and don't mind checking in late and leaving early, it is well located (a bit noisy) right off the main drag, and convenient to everything. Parking is at your own risk, as the parking is posted at 2 hours, but the hotel says it is not enforced. We did not get a ticket, so it held true for us.
