My experience was disappointing overall. The reception team was not very helpful during my stay. I was initially placed in room 622 where the air conditioning wasn’t working. Despite several complaints, the issue wasn’t resolved until my final night when the maintenance team, who I truly appreciate, arranged a room change.
Additionally, the fridge in my room was non-functional, with the power cord visibly cut off this also wasn’t changed until I went again to complain.
There needs to be proper communication from the team especially when one makes a complaint and there’s no solution. My room did not have any hotel contact information or number card to call the hotel or even room service menu. If I needed assistance, I had to leave my room from sixth floor and go all the way downstairs, which was very inconvenient.
There also seemed to be poor coordination around airport transfers. With multiple guests needing to leave at the same time, the situation was made worse when the driver couldn’t locate the bus keys, causing unnecessary delays.
Please do better as the guest experience is a Big No for me.
