It is a new hotel and the hotel is in very good shape. Nothing majorly was wrong; the staff just hadn’t worked out all the kinks yet. Breakfast would run out of items everyday and be slow to refill. One day no plates and napkins, the next day there was no milk. The sheets in the pull out couch were dirty. I asked for new ones and were provided, but no over the top service like sorry for the issue or let me run that up to your room. We stayed three nights and didn’t see housekeeping had come to our room any of the days. When we checked in we were charged a different rate than we reserved at. I had to talk to three different people, then get on the phone with Hotels.com for an hour to get it straightened out. A lot of run around at the hotel from the staff and made me feel like I was unreasonable for asking to honor the price I reserved at
