I booked and paid for a two bedroom apartment.
On night one I was put in a one-bedroom apartment and till today no refund has been received for the one night DOWNGRADE. I paid for a service that I did not receive.
Beds are the worst and you can actually feel the wire springs through the mattress. I kept on getting told that “we are speaking to our manager” - the manager never got back to me on any of my requests. The manager reached out AFTER I CHECKED OUT ASKING FOR A GOOD REVIEW, but was nowhere to be found when I faced all of the challenges at the property.
The only thing that worked well at this property was the cleaning team - Pacifique and the front desk ladies.
