We stayed in a river view room at Vinh Hung Riverside Hotel and had a really lovely experience. The room was very good – clean, spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view out over the river. Waking up to that view was a highlight.
The hotel grounds are stunning and very well maintained, and the whole place feels calm and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Location-wise it’s excellent: an easy walk into the old town, but still very quiet at night. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants close by, so it’s very convenient.
The only downside was the lack of vegan food options, particularly at breakfast. The choices were basically just bread, fruit or stir-fried bok choy, which is quite disappointing. In 2026, having no proper vegan options really isn’t acceptable, and it’s something the hotel should strongly consider improving.
Overall, a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, and I would definitely recommend it – especially if they improve their food options for plant-based guests.
