Do NOT be fooled by the Aesthetics
Honestly I'm extremely disappointed regarding the condition of the property upon my arrival. The check-in process was frustrating and time-consuming! Nearly took an hour before I was able to gain access! No clear instructions regarding parking called multiple times and no one was available. I had a difficult time locating the fobs, Later that night, I received a call asking me to return the fobs to another resident—something that was not mentioned in any of the original instructions. This added unnecessary confusion and inconvenience to an already frustrating experience.
It was immediately clear that the property had not been properly cleaned prior to my arrival. I was unable to check in at the scheduled time of 5 PM, and someone came at 6 PM claiming they were there to “make the beds.” However, upon entering the unit, I discovered dirty, stained sheets on both beds, which I had to go to the grocery store to purchase detergent to wash myself before I could even lay down.
Additionally, there was overflowing trash directly outside the door, trash left in the bathrooms, and noticeable stains on the chairs. This level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable and far below what should be expected. The elevator smells terrible!
