I'll never stay again

We reached the hotel around 2 am in the morning. The room is smelly and the bathroom is dirty. My mum started to complain. I went down to the counter and ask if we can change to another room. She said the hotel is full. She'll try to change a new room for us on the next day after 12pm.
We try to get some sleep but both my mum and me felt that there's insect bite us, it's very itchy! So my mum got furious and said she want to change another hotel. The counter ask me to come back for refund in the morning, before 12pm. We left "Piao home hotel" around 4.30 in the morning and search another hotel nearby.
