We book through hotels .com. It seems that the least popular rooms go to Hotels.com customers. is this a thing? Unless we complain, we get the room: beside the elevator, beside the pop mor ice machine, this time we got the room beside the linen closet facing highway 2. At six AM it sounded like our whole floor was checking out at the same time. Here it was staff in the linen closet. Hotels.com customers are customers, period. If there is a "thing" for assigning rooms to hotels.com consumers, stop it.
