Avoid this place like the plague
I did not even stay at this place because it does not seem to exist.  I had the address programmed into my gps, and as I approached the address, it told me to park and be prepared to walk 10-15 minutes.  I could not find parking anywhere close, long story short, I ended up parking, had to walk a half hour to the address, walk up a flight of stairs, and there are several apartments advertised but not the one I booked with.  I asked someone who worked there who had never heard of the place.  I called the phone number listed on hotels.com 3 times with no response.  I decided to leave town and find another place, and after I checked in there, I get a message asking where I was.  Turns out they had sent me a whatsapp message (against hotels.com rules) with the address of a restaurant I was supposed to go to, but still no instructions about parking and parking in Zadar is nightmarish at best.  After asking for a refund for a place I did NOT stay at, they continually bickered with me and tried to blame it on me.  I stayed 18 nights in Croatia, 17 out of 18 received 5 stars, this one receives ZERO.  They care nothing about you or customer service.  Once they have your money you mean nothing to them.
