Worst experience ever. Bunch of thieves. Those who have been There will know every word is true.. require a bill $$$
deposit. 3 times what they charge for the room. for that amount I would stay somewhere nicer. I had asked them first to cancel the room and just issue a refund since I was not going to be staying there and pay three times the amount that I actually paid for the hotel room and he said sure sure sure so of course I checked and try to cancel it on my end and the manager actually processed it as a check in so basically that means that I don’t get a refund because I checked into the room so I contacted hotels.com inform them of the situation and their thing was to call the property. Here’s where it gets good the thief told hotels.com that I was not going to be paying extra that the hundred dollars was a deposit can you believe that so the whole reason we book online is to get a cheaper rate but when I got to the hotel room, I was expected to pay their rate which is an additional amount and then pay the bill for a deposit and what delusional La La Land does that make any sense at all mind you if you do book these rooms take a look at that. I don’t think the whole room is worth $100 the manager upon stating the obvious that she’s trying to keep the money and not do business the right Way decide to assault me outside of the property and to get the F out obviously his residents hear them and they come out and harassed me to leave the property. Do not stay here!,!!
