The reception had very bad service, I  went  to reception to ask the wifi password, the old lady  told me: " Go back your room to check the Service Guide book!" I said: "Do you have a service book here, please? can you please tell me where it is? I can not find it. "she got a service book from her back seat desk and opened the page said:"It's on  the third paragraph , go back to your room to check " I  said  :"Can you pass this book let me see please? " she just put the book back to where  it was and said again:" Go back to your room check it!"......I was stayed two nights,  but first day I had very cold night without heatpump, I  have to use my outdoor sleeping bag and covered my jacket sleeping over night. When I find
the heatpump doesn't work, i 
went to reception(around 11pm),
there was lights off and no one
here, so I didn't call them, They gave me a heater next day, the room attendant and other stuff was nice, she said sorry,  we couldn't do anything until next Tuesday, because it is long weekend.when I plugged the power, I saw here already had another heat behind the sofa,  It is clear that there was knowledge the heatpump was not working as there turned out to be a heater there already behind the sofa. so I understand they sale the unqualified room to the guest, I was not informed of this at all and had a freezing first night.  ......
