My recent stay at this hotel was, unfortunately, one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had. I stayed for two nights and did not request room cleaning in between; however, upon check-in, I found that the room was not properly cleaned. The bed had no proper duvet cover, only one pillow had a pillowcase—which itself did not appear clean—and the bed made constant noise throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. I requested a clean duvet cover and bed sheet from the reception and eventually replaced them myself. I mentioned this politely as feedback, not as a complaint.
Upon checkout, the situation became extremely unpleasant. I had left a few papers and towels on the floor and had eaten some fruit and snacks on the kitchen table. When the housekeeping staff entered, they began shouting at me and even threatened me with penalties. Shortly after, the hotel owner joined in and displayed shockingly rude and disrespectful behavior. They exaggerated the situation, accused me of leaving the room in a terrible state, and even told me to clean the room myself.
Both the housekeeping staff and the owner were shouting, using inappropriate language, and even said that I was “not welcome again” when I mentioned that I would file a complaint. Ironically, the so-called “big mess” they described was cleaned in just a few minutes, which clearly shows their claims were exaggerated.
